Article 886
Les demandes relatives à la tutelle au mineur et à son émancipation sont notifiées au curateur public et au mineur, s’il est âgé de 14 ans et plus.
Les demandes sont accompagnées de l’avis du conseil de tutelle, le cas échéant.

Article 886
Applications relating to tutorship to a minor and to his emancipation are notified to the Public Curator and to the minor, if 14 years of age or over.
Applications are accompanied with the advice of the tutorship council, where applicable.
