Article 305
Pour faciliter l’interrogatoire d’un témoin, le juge peut requérir les services d’un interprète dont la rémunération fera partie des frais de la cause.
Toutefois, le ministre de la Justice assume cette rémunération, dans les districts judiciaires d’Abitibi et de Roberval, si l’une des parties bénéficie de la convention visée dans la Loi approuvant la Convention de la Baie James et du Nord Québécois (chapitre C‐67), et dans le district judiciaire de Mingan, si l’une des parties bénéficie de la convention visée dans la Loi approuvant la Convention du Nord-Est québécois (chapitre C‐67.1).

Article 305
To facilitate the examination of a witness, the judge may retain the services of an interpreter, whose remuneration forms part of the costs of the case.
However, the Minister of Justice assumes that remuneration in the judicial districts of Abitibi and Roberval, if one of the parties benefits by the agreement contemplated in the Act approving the Agreement concerning James Bay and Northern Québec (chapter C-67), and in the judicial district of Mingan, if one of the parties benefits by the agreement contemplated in the Act approving the Northeastern Québec Agreement (chapter C-67.1).
