Article 151.7
Les décisions prises par le tribunal sont consignées au procès-verbal d’audience et régissent les parties quant au déroulement de l’instance et, le cas échéant, quant à l’audition de la demande, à moins que le juge n’en décide autrement.
Les parties doivent respecter les échéances ainsi fixées sous peine de la sanction prévue par le code ou, à défaut, du rejet de la demande, de la radiation des allégations concernées ou de forclusion, selon le cas. Le juge peut néanmoins, sur demande, relever de son défaut la partie défaillante, s’il estime que l’intérêt de la justice le requiert; la partie est tenue au paiement des frais causés par son manquement, sauf décision contraire du juge.

Article 151.7
The decisions made by the court are recorded in the minutes of the hearing and govern the parties as to the conduct of the proceeding and, where applicable, the hearing, unless the judge decides otherwise.
The parties must comply with the timetable determined by the court under pain of the penalty prescribed by this Code or, in the absence thereof, of dismissal of the action or application, striking of the allegations involved or foreclosure, as appropriate. However, the judge may, on request, relieve a defaulting party from default if required in the interest of justice; the costs resulting from the default are borne by the party concerned, unless the judge decides otherwise.
