Article 872
Les demandes relatives à la composition et à la constitution du conseil de tutelle peuvent être présentées au juge, au greffier ou à un notaire; celles qui visent à faire réviser une décision du conseil de tutelle, sont portées devant le tribunal du domicile ou de la résidence du mineur ou du majeur inapte.

Article 872
Applications relating to the composition and establishment of a tutorship council may be presented to the judge or clerk or to a notary; applications for the review of a decision of a tutorship council are made before the court of the domicile or residence of the minor or incapable person of full age.
