Article 863.3
Le greffier avise sans délai le curateur public de tout jugement relatif à la tutelle à l’absent et à la tutelle d’un mineur, ainsi qu’à l’ouverture, à la révision ou à la mainlevée du régime de protection d’un majeur, à l’homologation d’un mandat donné par une personne en prévision de son inaptitude et à la nomination ou au remplacement d’un tuteur ou curateur, en lui transmettant, sans frais, copie de la décision.

Article 863.3
The clerk notifies forthwith the Public Curator of any judgment relating to the tutorship to an absentee or a minor, to the institution, review of or release from protective supervision of a person of full age, to the homologation of a mandate given by a person in anticipation of his incapacity and to the appointment or replacement of a tutor or curator by sending him a copy of the decision, free of charge.
