Article 835
La requête est signifiée aux parties, au tribunal, le cas échéant, et à toute autre personne dont la présence est nécessaire à la solution complète du litige; elle doit être accompagnée d’un avis d’au moins 15 jours de la date de sa présentation. Aucun acte de comparution n’est requis.

Article 835
The motion is served on the parties, on the court, if such is the case, and on any person whose presence is necessary for the full settlement of the issues between the parties; it must be accompanied with a notice of not less than 15 days of the date when it will be presented. No written appearance is required.
