Article 813.9
La requête introductive d’instance relative à une demande visant une obligation alimentaire, la garde des enfants ou des mesures provisoires ne peut être présentée au tribunal moins de 10 jours après sa signification. La demande est instruite et jugée d’urgence.

In the case of an application concerning the obligation of support, the custody of children or provisional measures, the motion to institute proceedings may not be presented before the court less than 10 days after it is served. The application is heard and decided by preference.
