Article 804
Les demandes relatives à l’inscription ou à la rectification, à la réduction ou à la radiation d’une inscription sur le registre foncier ou sur le registre des droits personnels et réels mobiliers sont présentées devant le tribunal du lieu où est situé l’immeuble ou le bien corporel faisant l’objet de l’inscription; s’il s’agit d’un bien incorporel, elles sont présentées devant le tribunal du domicile du propriétaire, du débiteur ou du constituant, suivant le cas.
Ces demandes doivent être accompagnées d’un état, certifié par l’officier de la publicité des droits, des droits inscrits sur le registre approprié à l’égard du bien, de la nature de l’universalité ou du nom du constituant.

Article 804
Applications for registration or for the correction, reduction or cancellation of a registration in the land register or in the register of personal and movable real rights are presented before the court of the place where the immovable or corporeal property that is the subject of the registration is situated; in the case of incorporeal property, applications are presented before the court of the owner, debtor or grantor, as the case may be.
These applications must be accompanied with a statement, certified by the registrar, of the rights registered in the appropriate register in respect of the property, the nature of the universality or the name of the grantor.
