Article 662
L’officier chargé du bref peut, en tout temps, requérir du saisissant des avances pour couvrir les déboursés nécessités par l’exécution; à défaut de paiement de ces avances, l’officier peut refuser de pratiquer la saisie ou de poursuivre l’exécution.

Article 662
The seizing officer may at any time demand from the seizing creditor advances to meet the disbursements rendered necessary by the execution; and if such amounts are not paid the officer may refuse to make the seizure or to continue the execution.
