Le jugement rendu contre le représentant d’un incapable, en cette qualité, ne peut être exécuté contre l’incapable devenu capable, que 10 jours après lui avoir été signifié.

A judgment rendered against the representative of an incapable person in that capacity cannot be executed against the incapable person when he has become capable until 10 days after it has been served upon him.
