Article 555
Le bref doit contenir la date du jugement à exécuter et le montant de la condamnation; il est préparé par le saisissant et signé et délivré par le greffier du district où le jugement a été rendu.

Article 555
The writ must mention the date of the judgment to be executed and the amount of the condemnation; it is prepared by the seizing creditor, and signed and issued by the clerk of the district where the judgment was rendered.
