Article 486
L’officier chargé d’exécuter le jugement, et à qui a été signifiée une copie de la requête en rétractation et du certificat attestant qu’elle a été reçue, est tenu de surseoir, et de rapporter au greffe, sans délai, le bref d’exécution et la requête qui lui a été signifiée.

Article 486
The officer charged with executing the judgment, and on whom has been served a copy of the motion in revocation and of the certificate attesting that it has been received, is required to suspend, and to return to the office of the court without delay, the writ of execution and the motion which was served on him.
