Sous réserve de l’article 398.1, les dépositions recueillies en vertu des dispositions du présent chapitre font partie du dossier.
Si le témoin est au Québec au moment du procès et peut être entendu, il pourra être interrogé de nouveau sur demande de l’une ou l’autre des parties.
