Article 27
On doit tenir compte, pour déterminer la valeur de l’objet du litige en appel aux fins de l’article 26, des intérêts courus à la date du jugement en première instance de même que de l’indemnité visée à l’article 1619 du Code civil, mais non des dépens.

Article 27
In determining the value of the object of the dispute in appeal for the purposes of article 26, account shall be taken of interest accrued on the date of the judgment in first instance and of the indemnity referred to in article 1619 of the Civil Code, but not of costs.
