Article 228
Lorsque l’original de l’écrit argué de faux n’est pas déjà produit au dossier, le juge, sur demande d’une des parties, peut ordonner à celui qui en a la garde de le déposer au greffe dans un délai imparti, sous toutes peines que de droit.

Article 228
When the original of the impugned document has not already been filed in the record, the judge, at the request of one of the parties, may order the person who has custody of the document to deposit it in the office of the court within the time fixed, under all legal penalties.
