Lorsque, dans le cours de l’instance, une transaction, un désistement de la demande ou un acquiescement complet à la demande intervient, les parties doivent en aviser, sans délai, le greffier.

If, during the course of a proceeding, a transaction, a discontinuance of the action or a total acquiescence in the demand occurs, the parties must notify the clerk without delay.
