Article 812.1
Les demandes relatives à la copropriété divise d’un immeuble sont signifiées au syndicat des copropriétaires; l’administrateur ou le gérant avise par écrit chaque copropriétaire de l’objet de la demande, dans les cinq jours de sa signification.

Applications relating to divided co-ownership of an immovable are served on the syndicate of co-owners; the administrator or manager informs every co-owner in writing of the object of the application within five days after service.
