Article 616.1
Les règles des articles 711 à 732 relatives à l’état de collocation et au paiement des sommes d’argent prélevées en matière de saisie-exécution immobilière, s’appliquent à la saisie-exécution mobilière, en faisant les adaptations nécessaires; toutefois, l’assignation à comparaître prévue à l’article 723 ne peut en aucun cas être faite devant l’officier saisissant.

The rules of articles 711 to 732 relating to the scheme of collocation and the payment of the moneys levied following the seizure of immovables in execution apply, with the necessary adaptations, to the seizure of movables in execution; however, the summons provided for in article 723 may in no case require a person to appear before the seizing officer.
