Article 52
Celui qui se rend coupable d’outrage au tribunal en présence du juge dans l’exercice de ses fonctions peut être condamné sur-le-champ, pourvu qu’il ait été appelé à se justifier.

Anyone who is guilty of contempt of court in the presence of the judge in the exercise of his functions may be condemned at once, provided that he has been called upon to justify his behaviour.
