Lorsqu’un appel a déjà été autorisé par un juge ou interjeté par une partie à l’instance en vertu de l’une ou l’autre des dispositions de la présente section, toute autre partie peut interjeter appel de plein droit.

Where leave to appeal has already been given by a judge or an appeal has already been brought by a party to the proceeding under one of the provisions of this section, any other party may bring an appeal as of right.
