Article 341.1
Le conducteur d’un véhicule routier doit réduire la vitesse de son véhicule à l’approche d’un groupe de participants à un événement exceptionnel, à une épreuve ou à une compétition sportive, escorté par des véhicules, et venant en sens inverse.
Le conducteur doit également:
1° sur une chaussée à circulation dans les deux sens, s’éloigner le plus possible du groupe de participants tout en demeurant dans la voie sur laquelle il circule;
2° sur une chaussée à deux voies ou plus de circulation dans les deux sens, circuler de manière à laisser au moins une voie libre entre son véhicule et le groupe de participants. Au besoin, il doit changer de voie après s’être assuré de pouvoir le faire sans danger.
Le présent article ne s’applique pas à ce conducteur lorsque la voie sur laquelle il circule, adjacente à celle occupée par le groupe de participants, en est séparée par un terre-plein ou un autre dispositif physique surélevé.

Section 341.1
The driver of a road vehicle must reduce the vehicle’s speed when approaching an oncoming group of participants in an exceptional event or sports event or competition escorted by vehicles.
The driver must also
1° on a two-way roadway, put as much distance as possible between the vehicle and the group of participants while remaining in the same lane; or
2° on a two-way roadway with two or more traffic lanes, travel in such a way as to leave at least one free lane between the vehicle and the group of participants. The driver must change lanes if necessary, after making sure that he can do so safely.
This section does not apply to such a driver if the lane in which he is driving is separated from the adjacent lane occupied by the group of participants by a median strip or any other raised physical device.
