Article 129
La signification à une société en nom collectif ou en commandite se fait à son établissement d’entreprise ou, si elle n’en a pas, à l’un des associés. De même, celle à une association au sens du Code civil se fait à son bureau ou, à défaut, à l’un de ses administrateurs.

Article 129
Service upon a general or limited partnership may be made at its business establishment or, if it has none, upon one of the partners. Similarly, service upon an association within the meaning of the Civil Code may be made at its office or, if it has none, upon one of its directors.
