Article 130
La signification à une personne morale se fait soit à son siège, soit à l’un de ses établissements au Québec ou à celui de son agent dans le district où la cause d’action a pris naissance, en s’adressant à l’un de ses dirigeants ou à une personne ayant la garde de l’établissement.
À défaut de tel siège ou établissement, la signification peut être faite à l’un de ses dirigeants ou à toute personne apparaissant comme telle au registre visé au chapitre II de la Loi sur la publicité légale des entreprises (chapitre P-44.1) ou encore à son fondé de pouvoir désigné en vertu de cette loi.
La signification à des personnes qui agissent illégalement comme personnes morales se fait à l’une d’elles, ou à leur principal établissement d’entreprise.

Article 130
Service upon a legal person is made at its head office, at one of its establishments in Québec or at the establishment of its agent in the district where the cause of action has arisen, speaking to one of its senior officers or to a person in charge of the said establishment.
Failing such head office or establishment, service may be made upon one of its senior officers or upon any person mentioned as such in the register referred to in Chapter II of the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1), or upon the attorney designated under that Act.
Service upon persons acting illegally as a legal person is made upon one of them, or at their principal business establishment.
