Toute personne a le droit de choisir le professionnel ou l’établissement duquel elle désire recevoir des services de santé ou des services sociaux.
Rien dans la présente loi ne limite la liberté qu’a un professionnel d’accepter ou non de traiter une personne.

Section 6
Every person is entitled to choose the professional or the institution from whom or which he wishes to receive health services or social services.
Nothing in this Act shall restrict the freedom of a professional to accept or refuse to treat a person.
