Article 196
En cas de désaccord relativement à l’exercice de la tutelle entre les père et mère ou les parents, l’un ou l’autre peut saisir le tribunal du différend. Le tribunal statue dans l’intérêt du mineur, après avoir favorisé la conciliation des parties et avoir obtenu, au besoin, l’avis du conseil de tutelle.

Article 196
In case of disagreement relating to the exercise of the tutorship between the father and mother or the parents, either of them may refer the dispute to the court. The court decides in the interest of the minor after fostering the conciliation of the parties and, if need be, obtaining the advice of the tutorship council.
