L’utilisation sur l’emballage ou un contenant de cannabis des concepts visés aux paragraphes 1° à 6° du premier alinéa de l’article 53 est interdite.
Quiconque contrevient aux dispositions du premier alinéa commet une infraction et est passible d’une amende de 5 000 $ à 500 000 $. En cas de récidive, ces montants sont portés au double.

Section 56
The use of a concept referred to in subparagraphs 1 to 6 of the first paragraph of section 53 on cannabis packaging and containers is prohibited.
Anyone who contravenes the first paragraph commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000 to $500,000. Those amounts are doubled for a subsequent offence.
