En vertu de son droit de gérance, l’employeur peut encadrer, y compris interdire, toute forme d’usage du cannabis par les membres de son personnel sur les lieux de travail au sens de la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité du travail (chapitre S-2.1), sauf si cette forme d’usage y est déjà interdite en vertu du présent chapitre.

Under their managerial prerogative, employers may regulate, including prohibit, any form of cannabis use by members of their personnel in a workplace within the meaning of the Act respecting occupational health and safety (chapter S-2.1), unless it is already prohibited there under this chapter.
