Article 512
Quiconque contrevient à l’un des articles 327, 422, 433, 434 ou 492.8 commet une infraction et est passible d’une amende de 1 000 $ à 3 000 $.
Le conducteur d’un véhicule routier qui contrevient au deuxième alinéa de l’article 468 commet une infraction et est passible d’une amende de 700 $ à 2 100 $.

Section 512
Every person who contravenes section 327, 422, 433, 434 or 492.8 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $1,000 to $3,000.
Every driver of a road vehicle who contravenes the second paragraph of section 468 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $700 to $2,100.
