Article 34
Une personne âgée de moins de 21 ans ne peut être admise dans un point de vente de cannabis et sa présence ne peut y être tolérée.
Toutefois, le gouvernement peut, par règlement, déterminer des cas où une personne de moins de 21 ans peut être admise dans un point de vente de cannabis et sa présence y être tolérée, notamment pour la réalisation de travaux d’entretien ou la livraison de produits.

Section 34
A person under 21 years of age may not be admitted to a cannabis retail outlet and their presence may not be tolerated there.
However, the Government may, by regulation, determine cases where a person under 21 years of age may be admitted to a cannabis retail outlet and their presence may be tolerated there, in particular to carry out maintenance work or deliver products.
