Le tribunal doit informer les parents et l’enfant de leur droit d’être représentés par un avocat.
En outre, il doit s’assurer qu’un avocat soit spécifiquement chargé de représenter et de conseiller uniquement l’enfant ou, s’il y a plus d’un enfant concerné par une instance, les enfants.
Les parties sont tenues de collaborer afin de permettre à l’avocat d’un enfant d’avoir accès à son client, et ce, dans le respect du droit de ce dernier au secret professionnel.
Le tribunal peut ordonner toute mesure visant à assurer le respect du présent article.

Section 78
The tribunal must inform the parents and the child of their right to be represented by an advocate.
In addition, it must see to it that an advocate is specifically assigned to represent and counsel only the child or, if there is more than one child concerned by a proceeding, the children.
The parties are required to cooperate so that the advocate of a child may have access to his client, in compliance with the advocate’s right to professional secrecy.
The tribunal may order any measure aimed at ensuring compliance with this section.
