Un ressortissant étranger qui appartient à la catégorie du regroupement familial doit, pour s’établir à titre permanent au Québec, faire l’objet d’un engagement d’une personne physique ou d’un groupe de personnes physiques conformément aux articles 22 à 24.

Section 33
To settle permanently in Québec, a foreign national who belongs to the family class must be the subject of an undertaking by a natural person or a group of natural persons in accordance with sections 22 to 24.
