Un engagement à titre de garant souscrit en vertu de l’article 3.1.1 de la Loi sur l’immigration au Québec (chapitre I-0.2) avant qu’elle ne soit remplacée par la présente loi est valide et est réputé conclu en vertu de l’article 23 de la présente loi.

A sponsorship undertaking subscribed under section 3.1.1 of the Act respecting immigration to Québec (chapter I-0.2) before the replacement of that Act by this Act is valid and is deemed to have been entered into under section 23 of this Act.
