Article 785.1
Si le seul héritier est un mineur ou un majeur sous tutelle ou mandat de protection, son représentant désigne, à moins d’une disposition testamentaire contraire, un liquidateur, autre que lui-même, et peut pourvoir au mode de son remplacement.
Il en est de même si un tel héritier et son représentant sont les deux seuls héritiers.

Article 785.1
If the sole heir is a minor or a person of full age under tutorship or under a protection mandate, unless otherwise provided by a testamentary provision, his representative designates a liquidator other than himself and may provide the mode of the liquidator’s replacement.
The same rule applies if such an heir and his representative are the two sole heirs.
