Le mandataire remplaçant peut, si le mandat n’est pas fidèlement exécuté ou pour un autre motif sérieux, demander au tribunal de remplacer le mandataire initial et d’ordonner la reddition de compte de ce dernier.

The replacement mandatary may, if the mandate is not being faithfully performed or for any other serious reason, apply to the court to have it replace the initial mandatary and order the rendering of an account by the latter.
