Article 81
Pouvoir d’établir et de tenir un système
Le ministre peut établir et tenir un système national de suivi du cannabis, à l’aide des renseignements auxquels il a accès, notamment ceux obtenus en application de l’article 82, afin :
a)de permettre le suivi du cannabis;
b)d’empêcher le détournement de cannabis vers un marché ou pour une activité illicites;
c)d’empêcher que le cannabis illicite soit une source d’approvisionnement du marché licite.

Section 81
Establishment and maintenance
The Minister may, using the information collected under section 82 and any other information to which the Minister has access, establish and maintain a national cannabis tracking system to
(a)enable the tracking of cannabis;
(b)prevent cannabis from being diverted to an illicit market or activity; and
(c)prevent illicit cannabis from being a source of supply of cannabis in the legal market.
