Article 67
Le gouvernement peut, par règlement, déterminer les mesures que doit appliquer la Société québécoise du cannabis, une personne autorisée par celle-ci à transporter ou à entreposer du cannabis pour son compte, le cas échéant, ou un producteur de cannabis afin de réduire le risque que le cannabis en sa possession ne soit détourné vers le marché illicite.
Le gouvernement peut aussi déterminer, parmi les dispositions d’un tel règlement, celles dont la violation constitue une infraction et indiquer, pour chaque infraction, les amendes dont est passible le contrevenant, lesquelles ne peuvent excéder 100 000 $ et, en cas de récidive, 500 000 $.

Section 67
The Government may, by regulation, determine the measures that must be taken by the Société québécoise du cannabis, a person authorized by the Société to transport or store cannabis on its behalf, if any, or a cannabis producer to reduce the risk of cannabis in their possession being diverted to the illicit market.
The Government may also determine the provisions of a regulation made under this section whose violation constitutes an offence and prescribe, for each offence, the fines to which an offender is liable, which may not exceed $100,000 and, in the case of a subsequent offence, $500,000.
