Article 224
La requête énonce les motifs à l’appui de l’allégation de faux et elle est signifiée à toutes les parties et à l’officier public qui détient l’original de l’écrit. La requête doit être accompagnée d’un affidavit et d’un avis de présentation indiquant la date à laquelle il sera demandé au tribunal de se prononcer sur ses conclusions.
Cette requête doit en outre être accompagnée d’un certificat du greffier attestant le dépôt au greffe d’un montant jugé suffisant pour couvrir les frais de la partie adverse, advenant son rejet.

Article 224
The motion must set out the grounds of improbation and is served on all parties and on the public officer who is in possession of the original of the document. The motion must be accompanied by an affidavit and a notice of presentation indicating the date on which the court will be asked to rule on the motion.
The motion must also be accompanied by a certificate of the clerk that there has been deposited in the office of the court an amount considered sufficient to cover the costs of the opposite party if the motion is dismissed.
